These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), Consumer Protection Act 2019, and Indian Contract Act 1872.
SoulVi is a dating and social community platform built exclusively for the LGBTQIA2S+ community. We exist to provide a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for queer people across India and beyond to meet, connect, and build meaningful relationships.
We are committed to protecting your identity, your safety, and your dignity — always.
This requirement exists because the DPDP Act 2023 defines persons under 18 as children and imposes strict parental consent requirements — and because dating services require adult users under App Store and Google Play policies.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from SoulVi for a violation of these Terms.
You register using your mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your OTP confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and onboarding. Impersonating another person or creating a fake identity is a violation of these Terms and may be illegal.
You may only hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban, manipulate features, or deceive other users is prohibited.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at admin@matchmarvel.com.
SoulVi is built for the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Every user agrees to uphold the safety, dignity, and authenticity of this space.
By using SoulVi, you acknowledge and agree that:
You retain ownership of content you post on SoulVi (photos, bio, prompts, messages). By posting content, you grant Match Marvel Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable licence to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving SoulVi.
All content you post must be content you have the right to share, must not contain explicit sexual imagery in profile photos, must not contain malware or phishing content, and must comply with applicable Indian laws.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.
SoulVi offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Premium, Premium+). Paid features are described within the App and on our website. Features may change over time with reasonable notice.

Match Marvel Private Limited does not directly process or store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Premium features until then.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice via in-app notification or email.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Your privacy is fundamental to us. Our collection and use of your personal data — including sensitive data such as sexual orientation and gender identity — is governed by our Privacy Policy:

By using SoulVi, you consent to data processing as described in these documents.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs within the SoulVi App (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Match Marvel Private Limited or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
SoulVi integrates with third-party services including Apple Push Notification Service, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple App Store, Google Play, and cloud infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
SoulVi is a platform to connect people — we do not guarantee that you will find a match, partner, or relationship.
We are not responsible for the behaviour of other users on the platform. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person that you met online.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We may perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulVi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Match Marvel Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill; or any harm caused by other users of the platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event, or ₹1,000 — whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Match Marvel Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of SoulVi, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you post on SoulVi.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion is permanent.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Active subscriptions are not refunded on termination for cause.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nandurbar, Maharashtra, India.
Before filing a formal legal claim, contact us at admin@matchmarvel.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification, display the updated effective date, and for significant changes, ask you to re-accept before continuing to use the App.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Match Marvel Private Limited regarding SoulVi.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of conflict with a translated version, the English version prevails.
